Explore new opportunities with the Cougar Leadership Program! Learn, engage, act and develop!

Cougs empower their communities locally and globally through leadership. At WSU we provide students with education and experiential opportunities to develop and refine these skills. The Cougar Leadership Program offers programming to engage and train in interpersonal skills, problem solving, communication, conflict resolution, goal setting, public speaking, planning and team building.

Effective leadership is not about making speeches or being liked; leadership is defined by results not attributes.
