• Workshops are designed to inform and educate participants about leadership topics such as presentation skills, leadership theories and styles, involvement opportunities at WSU, goal-setting and much more.  These programs are typically suitable for all audiences and individual needs, and are NOT designed specifically for you or your organization.
  

• Facilitations often cover the same topics as workshops, but are designed specifically for you or your organization's needs.  For example, a facilitation on goal-setting and strategic planning designed to help you and your organization set goals for the year can be a powerful experience. 
  

• Consultations are much like having your own personal or organizational "consultant."  Work with an experienced professional staff member to create a personal or organizational leadership development plan. Our staff will then continue to work with you and your organization to monitor your development towards goals and help you set new ones along the way.

Individuals can work with experienced professional staff members to create a personal leadership development plan to help you identify the skills you need to improve in and ways in which you can develop those skills, including goal-setting, personal mission statement, motivating and supervising others, communication, and much more.  

Organizations can get help to identify strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities for growth.  One of our experienced professional staff members will work with you to develop an assessment of the organization's operations, membership programs, strategic plan, and much more.  We will then help you develop a plan to improve and help you monitor your progress throughout the year.
